cancellations

All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. We require 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment. After this time, 50% of your treatment cost will be invoiced. If less than three hours’ notice is given, the full cost of your treatment will be invoiced.

 

If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to let us know, the full cost will be invoiced. We will always try our best to fill cancelled appointments, to avoid cancellation fees where possible.
